About JPS Finance

JPS Finance is a business operated by JPS Brands Inc. ("we", "us"), and these terms are an agreement between you and JPS Brands Inc. JPS Finance is an independent Finance AI and workflow advisory. We provide educational content, digital resources, a paid workflow-review service and ongoing advisory. We are not an accounting firm, law firm, or registered investment adviser.

Use of the website and content

Our articles, guides and other content are provided for general information and education. You may read and share links to them. You may not copy, resell or republish our content or products as your own.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product (such as a guide, prompt pack or toolkit), we grant you a licence to use it. Unless otherwise stated, a purchaser may use and adapt a digital resource internally within one organisation. The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, publish, publicly share, or use the resource as a deliverable for external clients without written permission.

In short:

• Internal team use · permitted within your own organisation.
• External client use · not permitted without written permission; these are not white-label client deliverables.
• Redistribution · not permitted; please don't share the files outside your organisation.
• Resale · not permitted.

Each purchase includes the edition available on the date of purchase; see our Refund Policy and the product pages for details on updates. Paid advisory services may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Services

Our Workflow Review and advisory services provide independent recommendations based on the information you share with us. They are advisory in nature: we help you evaluate options and decide, but the decisions, implementation and outcomes remain yours. We don't guarantee specific savings, results or outcomes. An initial Finance AI Workflow Review is normally required before ongoing advisory begins. Advisory engagements may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Third-party tools and links

We may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms or availability. Any AI tool you choose to use is governed by that provider's own terms.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site or in our services is professional accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship. Please confirm important decisions with a suitably qualified professional. This is set out more fully in our disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPS Finance is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our content or recommendations. Our total liability in connection with a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that province.
